I second that motion. You'd be surprised how often companies will be
willing to work with you if you contact them with issues like this.

I still find it odd that the keyboard wouldn't work with ubuntu
though... I've personally got a Logitech G15 gaming keyboard, and it
works great. Add a little g15daemon, and every feature on the keyboard
works like a charm.

Sorry I cant be more helpful, and sorry about the double post
(accidentally hit ctrl+return, which apparently is a shortcut to 'send

Me too! (agree with letting them know)

Also, to the point, my logitech Wave wireless kb/mouse works. I don't
have 100% of accessory buttons, but rarely use them any ways. I presume
that from the log the KB is a usb device? If so, have you tried a PS2
adapter? I have run into systems not detecting a usb keyboard in Linux
(usually just on Dell boxes being re-purposed).

The usual case with Logitech devises is that the company will not own
up to them working with Linux, but they always do work fine. I buy
Logitech because it is good trackball, keyboard, ect. and I want the best.

The Logitech keyboard I have has a PS2 connector which fits my
computer. If the USB connector does not work I think something else must
be wrong with the computer.
