Take a look at msttcorefonts

This is a group of Windows Core Tyue Type fonts. Input:

sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts

in a terminal (if you prefer Kubuntu, use konsole).

They're also included in the restricted package
ubuntu-restricted-extras.
