I take it from your post that you've tried other distributions. Without trying
to offend, have you tried distributions that are not based on Debian?

I tried several Fedora versions. Not sure if I tried Ubuntu. It will be
very easy to use my Ubuntu LiveCD for 9.04 on my R50. I will do it!
