MRTG installation

Hey!
I have problem trying to install mrtg on my ubuntu.
Everything was fine till i tried to make the index.html. Then this error
shows :

Use of uninitialized value $first in hash element at /usr/bin/indexmaker
line 353.

How can i fix this one ?
