Ubuntu Mirror Fall Back

Hi,

I have setup a local ubuntu mirror in our office. My question is there
a way to fall back to the local mirror when a user is in office and
fall back to the global mirror when the user is out of office ?
keeping the same sources.list file.

Thanks,

Kaushal
