I have a problem of CPU frequency scaling not working with kernels newerAnd tested on a core2 laptop, when idle:
than 2.6.32-24 (which I already discussed here a while ago). The bug is

model name : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz
cpu MHz : 1000.000
and when burning:
model name : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz
cpu MHz : 2000.000
Working perfectly fine (Dell Inspiron 9400 + 4GB RAM, 64 bit natty
with Linux photon 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:24
UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux).
