It's a stackexchange site - nothing at all to do with Ubuntu or Canonical.
It gives the impression that it is though, by requesting users to follow the
Ubuntu CoC, using the logos, colours, look and feel, etc.

Nothing wrong with it per se, it's not "evil"; it's just a little
misleading.
