Hello again NoOp,
Note: Ubuntu depends upon nVidia to provide their
proprietary linux drivers. For an example on those of use still waiting
for older drivers see:
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/741930>
So the issue is with nVidia - not Ubuntu).
Does this mean that I have to change my graphic card, in order to be
able to use Ubuntu Natty ? Which one would you recommend as fully
compatible with Natty ?
By the way, my graphics card right now is :
Asus en9400gt silent /htp/512m
Re-installing a previous version of Ubuntu (10.10 or 10.04) is, of
course, an option. However, that would be quite painful since I have
installed lots of applications. So, I am leaving that as the very last
alternative.
Best regards,
Javier
