station". As the installation of 3G station is a costly business, they
are *not* installed everywhere. As I written before, near the little
village in the mountains above Cesena, Italy, where I spend sometimes my
holiday there is no such things as a 3G station. Italians operators
apparently found that it was not worth installing them to serve a 250+
inhabitants village plus some tens of people scattered in the country
side. On the contrary, NCell found that installing a station at mount
Everest base-camp was a nice marketing thing (as proven by the articles
you linked, I bet the guy who climbed got a sponsorship by NCell, just
to have the name of the company on the news...) Maybe I should start
taking vacations on mount Everest.
