Request Tracker

I'm trying to install Request Tracker from source. I didn't make it
past the perl dependencies. I got to an RSS perl module and that was
it. It gave me an error message and wouldn't continue. I suppose I
could use request tracker from the repositories but that's a little
old.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
