Computer Sluggish after the last Kernel upgrade

Hello all,

After the last two upgrades to my Natty box, the computer became sluggish.
Especially while browsing the Internet with both Chrome and Chromium.

Top shows the browsers and the Unity panel as the most CPU hungry processes.

How do I fix this?

Is there a way to create a Restore Point, similar to the one in Windows?
I'll make sure to create one before each Kernel upgrade in the future...

Thanks!

Amichai,
