The machine itself is having 3 hard disks, I just tried using only
one of them, it worked fine. But on putting back the other two, the
same problem appears again. It should be a hardware issue as you are
saying
Driver jumper settings? IDE or SATA? Ric

Thanks all for your help. Will try all of your suggestions on monday
once am back again in the office.
Am also thinking to call a supplier of these machines so that he can
sort out the ram issue.
