As noted by others, it was not the one and only discussion, just the
last one.
You can proactively take requests to the Communnity
Council at your own convenice; you don't merely have to wait to
reactively respond or worry about having to turn up.
eg. why not ask for something like:
* Please renew the 'ubuntu-users' list for another 6 months.
