/boot = 5 GB
/boot = 100 MB <-- this is more than twice of what is actually required.
If you keep only one or two kernels, yes.
But if you're not very tidy and don't remove every old kernel then 100 MB
won't be enough after a couple of months. Just keep this in mind.
Yes, I only keep the latest two kernels. There is no point in keeping more
if the last two work properly, for home machines. Each kernel image takes
around 30 MB + space for the linux-headers. For older kernels which are
never used, this is space wasted. Removing old kernels is easy from the
Ubuntu Software Center.
