OAFIID:GNOME_WorkspaceSwitcherApplet

I got a message upon boot up stating
"OAFIID:GNOME_WorkspaceSwitcherApplet".
Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?
I haven't deleted this and my computer does seem to be stable.
What is this all about?
