I just bought one of the 10G Creative Nomad Jukebox MP3 players, and I
really love it. These things are getting pretty inexpensive, and I am
thinking of buying one for my brother as a Christmas gift. The only hitch
is managing the unit from the buttons is downright painful. This isn't too
much of a problem, because the management utility which comes with the unit
is serviceable, and for downloading and uploading songs I have MusicMatch
software which does a fine job of transferring the songs and managing them
on my hard drive. The only thing is, my brother doesn't run Windows, he's
running Linux. Does anyone know of some Linux utilities which will replace
the functionality of Creative's Play Center 2 for managing the Jukebox and
MusicMatch for managing the music on the hard drive?
