Actually, I'm running Linux quite nicely on a 750MHz PIII,
and before that on a dual PII 266MHz. If X is too slow,
you probably haven't got the correct configuration and/or
drivers. Please post details of your graphics card, and
the startup output from X, and some light could be shed
on the issue.
