SSH Security Question. (simple enough)

  Quick Question:
    If I use SSH from work, and my boss
tries to listen in using some kind of high powered
sniffing device, the transfer I am making will appear to
him as unintelligible, correct?
      -Is there a standard way to decipher SSH?
