rsync or unison will it work for my needs

hello
i have a small question about replication across the internet what i have is
a server in one town and another server somewhere else what i want to know i
have gotten rsync to mirror the directories from one to the other but my
question is if user a changes a files at server a and user b changes the
same file stored on server b is there anyway to merge the changes if
any help is appeciated
