Partitioning question...

Evening all,

What's the best partition scheme for this system?

hda - 13GB
hdb - CD/RW
hdc - 80GB
hdd - 60 GB

The purpose of this system will be an general server for my LAN (to
hold downlaods etc..) as well as an simple ftp/web server.

Not sure which distro I'll use. Leaning towards Debian, but that's
open as well.
