Mail hosting app question

Can anyone recommend an email hosting app that will support virtual
domains and users with identical usernames in multiple domains? ie:
joe@domain1 and joe@domain2

I'm looking to move my mail hosting from an OS X box running Webstar to
a Linux solution. I hate Webstar. Thanks in advance.
