Transferring Linux to new HDD

    With the help of this group, I have just fixed a problem with GRUB and the
    MBR.

    In Windows 98 and XP, as each system grew I just took a drive image (usually
    with Partition Magic) and just transferred the OS to a larger HDD.

    Can this be done with Linux ? I am concerned with GRUB's boot code in the
    MBR.
