Those are all Linux Kernel version 2.4.22. The rest are variations of the
standard kernel invented by redhat. Are you trying to learn Linux in
general or trying to learn how redhat do things?

Even numbered kernels (i.e. 2.2.* 2.4.* , 2.6.* ) are stable working
kernels. Odd numbered kernels ( 2.3.* , 2.5.*) are Experimental
Developmental, Unstable kernels, not to be used on a production machines.

www.kernel.org lists the latest stable kernel in each kernel branch, (i.e.
2.4 or 2.6).

It is not a bad idea to go to www.kernel.org and download the latest kernel
source and learn how to setup, compile and use your own kernel, as a
learning exercise to see how things work in GNU/Linux world.

good luck.
