Loading Linux In Windows

Hey Guys and Gals,

Hope Somebody could help me?

Is there a program that I can run on my Windows 2000 Machine to allow me to
jump onto my Linux Box, bit like Remote Desktop on Win XP?

It needs to be able to run KDE in it, not bothered about it mapping drives
etc etc.
