I'm a linux newbie who finally decided to install a distro (Mandrake 10
Official). Everything is okay except the video drivers (for my GF3
Ti200). I can set my resolution and refresh rate to nothing better than
800x600 at 60 Hz. I have an nvidia logo before KDE loads (installed
latest drivers), but there are no new display options, nor do I see an
nvidia configuration panel. I read the note to update XF86Config, so I
executed it and set my monitor frequencies and rebooted -- same problem.
I also checked the readme file, and it told me to edit non-existing
files and directories. What should I do?
