Without seeming to be rude. I was under the inpression that your card
was already supported in the 2.4.xx and 2.6.xx kernel series, so why
would you need to search all over the web for a driver which is already
in your kernel tree. ??

Really...

Huum, ok, simply try the following with your running kernel, (i am
presuming that your running kernel is from your distro)

<as root> in a console type;

modprobe natsemi

If there is no error message, then you will need to configure your card
with 'ifconfig' or obtain a lease via dhcpcd.

You would be better advised to let us know what you intend to do with the
card before we all go on and say do this do that.

Linux is so difficult, but there again so easy, if only one stops and
thinks first.
