Thanks for the responses to my previous post, but it still won't work:
I can change my resolution from the control panel-like program in
Mandrake's system configuration video server settings, but it always
stays at 640x480 at 60 Hz even though it acknowledged my changes and
requested a restart.
I used some other display panel in KDE that will switch my resolution,
but it keeps my refresh rate at 60hz.
Is it possible that these two programs are fighting each other, or is it
just that one responds and the other really doesn't?
