How does one recover a lost Logical Volume?
As a result of a crash, I lost the /dev info on my RAID0/LVM
setup. I recovered the partitions that make up the Raid0, and
successfully used mdadm to rebuild the /dev/md0 entry. Now I
have to find the LVs that were on /dev/md0.
The only things I know about the logical partitions are:
1. There were two: one for / and the other for /home,
2. Each partition was formatted as a Reiser filesystem, and
3. They were equal in size (though different in used space).
LVM-Howto at tldp.org addresses the creation of LVs, but not
recovery.
Any ideas? TIA
