I'm looking for some software for Linux which is similar to Cool Edit
Pro. I'll mainly be using it for recording from line. I also need to be
able to set CD track markers for burning the audio to CD.
I've been playing with Audacity which feels a little like Cool Edit, but
it doesn't seem to support audio track markers...
Any recommendations for the above or any decent programs for splitting
wave files at certain time intervals would be gratefully received.
