Problem with Setting PureFTPD

Hi,

I don't know how to setup PureFTPD... I've installed it. But when i run it
i get the message: Addres already in use. I run it when i'm root. With
bulletproofFTD (in windows) i can select a poort for a user where it can
log in. I don't know how to do that.

If you can help me setup PureFTPD then i would be verry happy.

PS: Is there a FTPServer with GUI?
