Add Custom Footer To All Emails From My Server (Exim)

Hi,
I just installed Exiscan en ClamAV on my system
to scan all emails. It's work!
But now I want to add a custom footer to all
my scanned email messages saying something like:
"This message has been scanned..."
Is this at all possible.
