I installed Fedora and everything works fine, just my mouse on PS/2 won't
work. I have tried almost everything that came on my mind and
nothing...that was:
I checked in the kernel which is 2.6 and there is * at psaux and mice ...
so that's not a problem...I have tried to cat /dev/input/mice ... the cat
succeeds but there is nothing happenning when I move the mouse. When I cat
/dev/psaux it says that it can not open the device.
When I run gpm -m /dev/input/mice -t ps2 or imps2 it succeeds but the
mouse won't work. I've tried a USB mouse and that one works fine...but I
need to get to work the PS/2 one.
Does anyone have any idea what can I try...by the way...the mouse works
fine in Windwos. So there is no hardware problem...just something with
drivers...I guess...
I will appreciate any help...thank you.
