another boot question

O.K. I've been trying to add RedHAt to the Windows boot loader (boot.ini)
and have followed the directions, but I have not had any luck. I think I'm
missing something! I do not have lilo or grub installed on my Linux
installation. Do I have to have Lilo or Grub installed? (I've been booting
into Linux with a floppy). If I do need Lilo or Grub, can I add it to my
existing installation?
