Modem Dialer

About a year to a year and a half ago my ISP "upgraded" and suddenly I could
not connect any faster than 28.8, I asked for help and someone posted a
script file to dial with "wv" without using "Kinternet" or its Gnome
equivalent that bypassed the dialogue between the modem and ISP. The
result was a 49333 connect, in my case.

Would some kindly repost? Yeah, I lost it.

For those who are curious.
Yes, I have tried "stupid mode" and no it did not make any difference.
