You better download the whole *.iso file(s), at least the 1st cd image, from
your distribution. Google for "fedora3 iso download". Try bittorrent for
such a download, but forget it unless you have broadband.
To burn such a iso, choose "burn cd image" under "extras" in nero or similar
settings in other programs.
You won't see the boot block when you open a iso with winrar or some other
utilities.
