I recently bout a new motherboard and Athlon 64 3200+ with my ATI 9200se
video Card.

Decieded I would try and user the x86_64 version of FC_3. But after the
install X does not work. I get the garbled screen, vertical lines etc.
My mouse does work but otherwise the computer is frozen, Cannot kill
X cannot restart the computer with ctrl-alt-del. Definatly looks like
a video driver issue. So I changed to 256 color and works fine at
800x600 resolution. Checked all other x settings, including monitor
refresh rates. all ok but can only run in 256 color, tried 16 and 32
bit color both lock up. So I downloaded and installed the drivers from
ATI. No change. Any thoughts

Kevin.
