i need to cancel a print job from hell -- my printer just wants to spit out
paper, blank paper, ever since i clicked the mozilla print icon to print a
webpage off a certain website. i opened CUPS and cancelled two jobs there
so there are no more CUPS jobs, but still the printer wants to keep
spitting out pages. Is there some other file or whatever that I can delete
to stop my possessed printer? I even deleted the printer from PrinterDrake,
added it again. I tried unplugging the parallel cable to the printer hoping
the bits would go ethereal and just into empty space, no go. [using
Mandrake Linux 9.2; BROTHER HL-2040 laser printer on parallel interface]
