Which linux

Hi all.

I just got a free dual processor (ordered another 2) proliant 5500.

What linux would be good to put on it? ive used mandrake and like the
graphical menu's(windows type)

It has 640megs memory, 7 scsi HD's, and a cd burner. Prob put a dvd burner
in it.
