As far as I know, there aren't any relabel tools for linux to handle resize of
ntfs, better you use partition magic for that, or reslice the hard drive
completely without regrets for data loss.

Even if you will have full ntfs support in some linux distros (read and
write), it still ain't well working, write may cause filesystem corruption.
