No, this would go against the current policy for Gnome2 setup by Havoc, if all
settings would be easily accessed this would "confuse" the user of Gnome2. The
choice of word ain't mine but a quite common used by Gnome2 developers to
explain why so many features from Gnome hasn't made it to Gnome2.
