I can now read email using squirrelmail. However I can't still send
email using squirrelmail. My system also stop logging the error
messages when sending email. Before I can look to /var/log/mail.log to
see what happening but now I can't find any error messages there. I
have another file in /var/log called mail.info and this is the error
messages when I try to send email using squirrelmail or other mail
client like mutt.
different MTA may have different log file usage.

You need to allow relay from your localhost and from 192.94.73.30 (assuming
this is the servers public ip) and from the machines in your local network.
Look at your address_verify_relayhost setting in postfix.
Thanks again for replying. Where can I find address_verify_relayhost ?
I can't find this in my main.cf and master.cf
