Problem: Linux Simcity Demo

I found Linux version of simcity demo, and I am unable to play it. It
was created in 1995.

I did some research on the problem, and it turns out that in 1996
people were having the same problem I have with the game. When I typed
"SimCity" It Says

Starting SimCity ...
res/sim: can't find library 'libXt.so.3'

I typed "ldd SimCity" and it said "not a dynamic executable" I know
this is a very old game - and I may not be able to fix the problem.
Nevertheless, I am wondering if there is another version of SimCity
2000 out there.
