Kernel 2.6.16 and Netfilter Changes!

In case no one has noticed there appear to have been some major(?)
changes to the recently released kernel in regards to Netfilter
configuration.

In order to upgrade, I normally install the new source tree, copy over
my old .config file then start out with a `make oldconfig`. This
didn't work well this time, my firewall rules broke. I do have it
working now but it was not the normal "smooth" process as in the past.

Does anyone have some current links describing:
- The current Netfilter config changes
- The current kernel stable/development definitions

There appear to be 4 kernel configuration areas for Netfilter now:
NETFILTER_DEBUG - Debug
NETFILTER_NETLINK - ??? I didn't configure this.
NETFILTER_XTABLES - Global stuff?
NETFILTER_XT_ - Normal stuff?

Just posting this to see if anyone has any insight.
