Re: file permissions and /etc/fstab

Yeah. I dual boot with Windows XP, and the Downloads partition is FAT.
Up until now, I've been using sudo nautilus to change my files. I'm
using Fedora Core 5, and my current entry for /dev/hda5 is something
like :

/dev/hda5 /Downloads Defaults 0 0

Bit Twister suggested setting up a user group. I'm not that familiar
with users groups or ID's, but I know that my uid is 500. Thanks for
the help :)
