What should my /etc/fstab file look like if I wanted my /dev/hda4 to be

Right now, it gets mounted, but only root can write to the /Downloads
folder. TIA for the help :)

What is your current /etc/fstab entry for /dev/hda4?

Not knowing what you've currently got, how can we correct the problem?

Is it a fat partition (of some sort) by any chance?
