Help with Cygwin...

I am using Cygwin under Windows XP Pro. I have KDE installed and I can
get it running, but it seems to be missing all of it's modules. The
panel, the task bar, etc... I just get errors when I try to open
anything. What did I miss?

Any help would be appreciated.
