Damn Small Linux

I'd like to install DSL on my hard drive, and have option of doing so, as a
"live" version of DSL can do, under - "Apps / Tools / Install to Hard
Drive" - but warns that "a Linux partition of at least 200 Mb must be
created prior to installation". OK, but then I'm faced with these options,
when attempting to partition:
(1) Where to locate new partition (C;D; Extended; Unallocated)?
(2) What existing partition "to draw on", if necessary?
(3) Best size to use - presumably more than 200 Mb?
(4) FS Type - FAT32; NTFS; Ext2 or3 ?
(5) Primary, or Logical - type of partition?
(6) What/where is final result's "hdc6", or whatever, code? - as this is
needed to type in at the DSL prompt, to start installation.
Anyone willing to help re this? Thanks.
DSL is at http://www.damnsmalllinux.org, and, according to Wikipedia, is
tied in with Knoppix.
