I am so sick of this message "superuser to us mount'. I would like to
change this in a way so everyone in box can mount, unmount, and eject,
dvd, usb.
Distro is kubuntu, kernel at the moment is default.
edit your /etc/fstab and add the option 'users' to all the devices listed
there that you want to allow users to mount/unmount.
I guess kubuntu uses special groups to mark who has the right to mount cd/dvd
(usually cdrom group), add your user to those groups.

I may do it for dvds, but I don't want to use user option for usb
drives, because it prevents me from opening any c program i've in my
usb drive. I really want to change this for everyone. I could be wrong
but I don't ever remember doing this in gentoo, or redhat. The problem
I use to have was load cdrom as scsi drive, like I do it for usb :)
PS: do u know any good mp3 mplayer for linux. I want someting like
flash drive 4 gig, fm, and voice recorder, plus mp3 :) I got one voice
recorder, with mp3 player 65mb (okay don't laugh :)
