General Question on Menu Manipulation...

I have an Applications Menu that is huge. I have multiple office type applications, among them Open Office and Koffice, installed so I can evaulate. OO is nice but it's SO slow to load.

Anyway...the question: Is there any way to manipulate the Applications menu so that you position OO under one "folder" and KO under another?
