Help, Simnet need Windows!!!!!

Guys I am force to use Windows!!!!!!!! There are two programs Simnet,
and Dev Bloodshed (C++) crappy. For my college homework, I need to use
"Simnet 2003" and for C programming Bloodshed.

I am able to run Blooshed crappy, but Simnet is kinda weriod.
Programming itself doesn't run, it needs to interface with online file
to run, and studying... What am I going to do?
